Building the first Anmel Intelligence Grid node

By Dimitar Dimitrov · Founder & CEO · LinkedIn

The first node is being shaped around a decision automation experiment: turning structured data, operational constraints, and AI reasoning into an auditable decision workflow. The node serves as Anmel’s internal testbed for the decision infrastructure behind Nuvoq.

From structured information to automated decisions.

Anmel is developing the Intelligence Grid through a focused experiment in decision automation. The node is the local unit of that grid: it gathers context, structures decision criteria, preserves provenance, and gives AI systems a controlled surface for automated reasoning.

01

Map company, document, and operational context into reusable decision inputs.

02

Test decision logic through structured human and AI review loops.

03

Preserve the reasoning trail behind every automated recommendation.

The initial implementation focuses on the minimum useful decision loop: enough structure to compare options, enough workflow control to keep people accountable, and enough model interface design to make automated suggestions inspectable instead of opaque.

Experiment architecture

Built around signals, constraints, and controlled automation.

Signal graph

Versioned observations, company data, policy constraints, and the relationships between them.

Experiment workflow

Hypothesis capture, review checkpoints, decision scenarios, exceptions, and operator approvals.

Decision interface

AI agents that compare options, reason over constraints, and return inspectable recommendations.

This first node gives Anmel a practical testbed for Nuvoq-style decision infrastructure that supports automated workflows with clearer context, traceability, and human control.
